EOS Deep Dive: Tools, Training & Peer Exchange
Join fellow AMC leaders for a special post-conference session focused on implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) within the AMC model. Building on the success of our virtual EOS meetups, this in-person gathering will feature an EOS Master Implementer who will guide participants through a focused training session.
We’ll briefly revisit EOS fundamentals, then dive deeper into key tools and strategies tailored for AMCs. This is a great opportunity to learn from peers, share experiences, and strengthen your EOS practice. Open to all AMC professionals—especially those currently running on EOS or exploring its potential. Consider inviting team members who may not typically attend AMCI meetings.
Before the workshop, the team would like your input on the metrics your firm tracks, measures, and reports each week during executive leadership and department meetings Scorecard Measurements. Your feedback will help share a more meaningful and relevant discussion.
