  • $595 each — 1st & 2nd registrants per organization
  • $495 each — 3rd+ registrants

Standard Rate (after June 26):

Registration Policies

Membership Requirement

All AMCs Engaged attendees must have their 2026 AMCI membership dues paid and in good standing to attend.

Guest Policy

Guests are welcome to attend the meeting; however, guest registrations are intended for family members only. If you wish to bring a non-family guest, prior approval from AMCI is required before completing their registration. Please contact [email protected] to request approval or to register more than one guest. Please note that guests are permitted to attend the evening reception and Awards of Excellence Celebration only and may not participate in educational sessions or other conference activities.

Guest Rate:

  • $125 each — Evening AMCs Engaged Reception
  • $150 each — Awards of Excellence Celebration

Age Requirement

To maintain a professional environment and ensure the safety and comfort of all participants, AMCI meetings are intended for adult attendees only. Individuals under the age of 21 are not permitted to attend any AMCI-sponsored activities, including general sessions, breakout sessions, networking events, and exhibit areas.

Cancellations

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
  • Cancellations received 60 days prior to the meeting will receive a full refund, less a $75 processing fee.
  • Cancellations received 59–30 days prior to the meeting, or during the meeting, are non-refundable.

Substitutions

  • Registrant substitutions are permitted at any time and are subject to a $25 processing fee
  • All substitution requests should be emailed to [email protected].
